Entrepreneur Barbara Coll has been involved with product and program marketing in Silicon Valley for 19 years, including marketing positions with Sun Microsystems, Qualix Group (purchased by Veritas), and Ipsilon Networks (purchased by Nokia).

In addition to her expertise in search engine marketing (SEM), Barbara is an internationally recognized expert in search engine optimization (SEO) with a firm grasp on product direction. Her knowledge extends to how search engines use and display "fresh content"; blogs, RSS, and video, and she has strong beliefs on why her clients need to get involved in these marketing tactics.

Using his knowledge of user psychology, economics, usability-testing, and design, Lance helps companies create end-to-end marketing campaigns with measurable ROI. Among the companies he has worked with, are technology giants Hewlett-Packard, InsWeb, SalesForce.com, and Quicken Loans.

In addition to managing WebMama’s SEO and PPC projects, Lance is a regular speaker at industry conferences and producer of custom training seminars about SEM. He is the Founder and CEO of Closed Loop Marketing, and is working on a New Riders book about conversion marketing and Web design which will be available later this year.

Lance lives and breathes online marketing, but can occasionally be found cycling and eating. He lives in Auburn, California.

Prior to joining WebMama, John held the position of Senior Vice President of Product Management at InsWeb, focusing on Internet strategy, product management, Web design, and Web applications.

With an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, John brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to WebMama; in marrying his business acumen with search engine optimization he enjoys giving our clients more bang for their buck.

When he is not working, John enjoys nothing more than spending time with his family. Most mornings, however, at the crack of dawn, and while of us are still sound asleep, John is up and about, running or cycling.

With over 20 years of accounting experience, Rick provides the resources and expertise WebMama needs to ensure our business operations run smoothly, and efficiently. His understanding that time is money, and dedication to managing all things business in the WebMama world, frees us to focus on our individual roles to ensure we provide the very best solutions for our clients.

Rick has worked with KPMG, Paramount’s Great America, and Oakland Athletics, and recently established CFO Rick, LLC, allowing him to offer a personal CFO Service to high net worth, and small business clients.

He lives in San Francisco, California, loves traveling, and is a consummate master of billiards.

As WebMama’s senior account manager, Wes manages the SEM and online lead generation programs for key WebMama clients. His major focus is ROI.

Prior to joining WebMama, Wes worked with Intuit for over five years, developing and managing online strategic partnerships and lead generation programs. In his role at WebMama he is responsible for WebEx, Verisign, and VMware.

Wes grew up in the Midwest, moved to Silicon Valley while his wife was at Stanford University, and is now living in Virginia. In his down time, he enjoys traveling, hiking, playing golf, and reading.

With her background in marketing and project management, Amy is WebMama’s Search Engine Marketing Expert, dealing exclusively with Hewlett-Packard.

Amy has a double BA (communications and cultural Anthropology) as well as a MA in Communications (2003) from Eastern Michigan University. While there, she spent two years teaching others the finer points of public speaking.

In the past, she has worked with Johnson Controls, Visteon, and Quicken Loans; her area of expertise being project management and SEO.

She moved to Roseville, California from Michigan in 2006, and enjoys running, camping, yoga, and road trips. Team WebMama is still trying to figure out whether she really enjoys the 2,232 mile drive from Roseville to Michigan.

Ellen Ferlazzo has been involved in the high tech industry for almost 25 years, working in a variety of positions including; writing, user interface design, project management, marketing communications, product development, technical support, and training.

At the moment, Ellen focuses on SEO writing, both persuasive online writing (Web copywriting) and natural (organic) SEO, and either suggests changes at a high level or gets very specific and rewrites page content.

Ellen lives in Pleasanton, California, and has a bent for cooking, gardening, and music. She is currently taking fiddle lessons.

Lidija Davis has been involved in media for 19 years and is currently the Silicon Valley correspondent for Tech Talk Radio Australia. She has written and produced for television, newspapers, and radio, and, in 1997 wrote and produced Online, Australia's first television series dealing in all things Internet. She has recently completed coursework at Harvard University in graduate journalism and aspires to make technology, particularly the Internet, accessible to ordinary folk.

Lidija has spent the past few months rewriting and redesigning WebMama's website, in addition to dealing with all things Media for WebMama.

Lidija was born in Europe, raised in Australia, married in England, and now calls the United States home.

Prior to joining Webmama.com, Amanda Evans spent 7 years with Hewlett Packard Company developing and managing the company's search engine marketing strategy and campaigns. She was also responsible for loyalty marketing and interactive advertising for hpshopping.com, HP's consumer e-commerce division.

In addition to her time at HP, Amanda has also held online marketing positions at internet startup, Zazzle.com and PC manufacturer Acer.

Amanda holds an M.B.A from San Jose State University and a B.S.C. from Santa Clara University.

When she’s not working, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family & friends, hiking, traveling and playing the cello. Amanda lives in Belmont, CA.
